Attorneys

The Firm's technology practice requires that we understand the Uniform Commercial Code and its applicability to software transactions, particularly the provisions of Article 2 relating to the sale of goods and Article 9 relating to the creation and enforcement of security interests.  We stay abreast of changes in the Uniform Commercial Code, especially the proposed Article 2B dealing with transactions in software, multimedia, and electronic commerce, through active participation in the American Bar Association and monitoring of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws.
