  • The firm successfully achieved dismissal of complex malpractice and business tort claims brought in federal court against an accounting firm that served companies engaged in the futures trading industries.
  • We successfully compelled arbitration of professional liability and other claims against a former Big 4 accounting firm's partners involving complex tax investment strategies.
